[ad]Over at The Source, there’s a story about rapper Willie D. getting bail.
If you didn’t know, Willie was charged with running an iPhone scam. Through a front called Texas One Wireless, he sought orders for iPhones from international customers which weren’t fulfilled.
I presume Willie must have pretty low ebay trader ratings.
Apparently, the terms of his bail limit his use of the internet. So don’t expect him on Twitter any time soon.
Also, he’ll be actively monitored by a GPS system.
Talk about bad luck. Rappers should limit themselves to violent crimes. White collar crimes like internet fraud don’t really cut it…
